The customer was always the king. With Web 2.0, the customer is the Emperor! This is an example of a custom model
we created for a client who wished to understand how they could affect people talking about their brand with friends
and family.Word of mouth can be a very influential tool in making a brand a success. This model not only showed our
client where their name came up, but who was talking about them and in what context. Having this knowledge, they
now had the power to better influence those comments at a variety of different consumer touch points.
